Cook the Book
Whether you’re a cookbook enthusiast or not, Cook the Book, invites you to have fun experimenting with recipes from a featured cookbook. Led by a seasoned instructor, students will learn techniques for improvising and making substitutions while exploring a variety of recipes to make a group meal. You may just discover your next favorite cookbook!
Ah Haa Après
Every Thursday afternoon in February and March this winter you can ski to the kitchen to meet up with friends and share stories of your day on the hill with this après deal. It includes two drinks from a selection of wines, beer, amaro spritz cocktails or non-alcoholic beverages
(additional cocktails available for purchase) as well as some delicious raclette and other treats!
